Our Return Policy
I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, therefore, returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, as a new startup, these are on the following conditions:

The garments show no signs of wear - so please only try on the knickers over the top of your own
The garments are made in sets, so both must be returned
I offer free delivery, however, if not faulty, the buyer must cover the return postage cost (in the same packaging this would be just £2.50 or less) - please keep receipt as proof of postage

The sets are carefully inspected, however, if the garments are damaged/faulty please get in touch with me directly to ensure it is fully resolved.

I check every set carefully before sending it, but I am but a human.
If your set arrives with a fault, firstly, please accept my apologies for missing this!! Secondly, please contact me to discuss your set at jade@lua-lingerie.com.

Please see the care policy below to avoid sets developing a fault. As is fair, a fault arising from the miss-treatment of your set is not covered.

All good lingerie labels say "dry clean only". This prevents bobbling and loose threads.
But life happens, so here's my recommendation:
Hand-wash wherever possible
Unless you've had an active day, the bra probably doesn't need washing every day. Give the knickers a good but gently hand-wash and lightly soak the bra - it doesn't take long!
If it is going in the machine (disclaimer: not recommended), use the hand-wash setting and wash in a bag/pillow case to stop bobbling or losing any of the detail.
These aren't your old gym knickers. Store them in a cool dry place, delicately folded, ideally not jammed inside your drawer. They deserve to be taken care of so they make you feel amazing every time.
